GENERAL TERMS

  1. Payment. 50% of the total price will be paid once the budget is accepted, with the remaining amount due upon completion, final approval from the client, and before proceeding with shipping. mrvizostudio accepts payments via bank transfer or Paypal.
  2. Shipping. The cost of shipping, which will be the responsibility of the client, depends on the size, weight, and destination. It will be calculated and communicated to the client before the final payment is made. Shipping will always be done using a tracking-enabled method.
  3. Liability. mrvizostudio will only be responsible for the condition of the miniatures while they are in their possession, excluding shipping.
  4. Budget. It will specify the agreed-upon level, the total amount to be paid, as well as any relevant notes or comments about the project. Once the budget is provided, it must be accepted by the client to initiate the commission. This acceptance signifies mutual agreement on all aspects contained therein.
  5. Colors. Upon completion of the project, if requested by the client, a color chart will be provided listing all colors used for painting the miniature, in case the client wishes to replicate the scheme when expanding their army.
